Provides case management for individuals and families with low income. Services may include one time utility assistance and/or utility deposits, gas vouchers, food vouchers, large appliance repair and limited rent and mortgage payment assistance. Rental assistance only available for seniors at this time.
Provides services for people with developmental disabilities and cognitive disabilities. Employment services include on-the-job and transitional employment training, placement, and supported employment. Provides social, recreational, educational and rehabilitation instructional programming, school-to-work transition program, case management, daily living training, and social and recreational activities. Includes Transitions Program for teens graduating from high school. Provides transportation for clients. Offers a Therapeutic Autism Program (TAP) for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and an After School Youth Program including summer school for young adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities ages 14-22.

Free, confidential services include food pantry, formula, baby food, clothing, diapers, showers, nutrition education, individual advocacy, information and referral, support groups, exercise groups, parenting skills, job readiness, adult literacy, citizenship test preparation and a variety of classes. Serves as a family support center.
Provides case management services for seniors and adults with physical disabilities. Client services include comprehensive intake, referral services, development and implementation of individual care plans, home delivered meals, personal care, adult day respite, and housekeeping.

Offers weatherization program to reduce energy costs for those in owner-occupied housing. Telephone Assistance Program provides telephone service to low income households with a medical need that requires one in the home.
Provides faith-based emergency shelter for single women, and women with custodial children. Includes clothing, meals, and case management. Attendance at the chapel service is encouraged.

Also includes individual, group, and family therapy; case management and referrals; peer support services; psychiatric evaluation; neuropsychological assessment; electroconvulsive (ECT); medication monitoring; and services at the Early Psychosis Intervention Center (EPICENTER).
