Offers workshops and seminars providing hands-on training in areas such as business planning, record-keeping, marketing, advertising, computer usage, and personnel management. Also provides customized training for employees on sales, customer service, bookkeeping, business legal environment, personnel and human resource issues, as well as other topics.

Provides small business start-up training for veterans, active duty military who are transitioning out of the service, and their spouses. Includes an overview of business ownership and other self-employment opportunities. The two-day workshops are offered online and at various military bases and communities, with the option to go on to the eight-week online course.
