Provides a national hotline for victims and survivors of human trafficking. Offers emotional support and safety planning. Accepts reports of potential situations involving all forms of sex and labor trafficking. Maintains an online directory of services. Not a law enforcement or an immigration authority.
Provides same day and ongoing integrated health services including lab work, sliding scale pharmacy for under-insured or uninsured, primary medical care, counseling services, case management, psychiatric medical care, and substance use treatment. Families FIRST offers family-focused substance abuse treatment to families involved with DCS where substance abuse has been identified as putting children at risk.

Connects callers to the nearest available crisis call center in the network. Callers speak to a trained hotline worker who will listen to and assess their problem. Also makes referrals to appropriate services for ongoing care, if needed.

Family health care includes diagnosis and treatment of major and minor illnesses, management of chronic health conditions, diabetes education, well-child exams, immunizations, referrals, and follow-up care.
