High Risk Perinatal Program | High Risk Perinatal Program

Provides free in-home community health nursing services to assist families and their newborns during the transition from the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to their home and community. Nurses monitor the baby's health and development for up to three years of age. Services include assessing for developmental delays and well-being, parental support and education in caring for a high-risk infant, and referrals to additional resources.
