WAITLIST IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SECTION VOUCHERS. Provides Section 8 rent subsidies to families, older adults, and people with disabilities on low income in Cochise and Graham Counties. Housing assistance payments are made to owners of privately-owned houses, apartments, and mobile homes on behalf of the tenant. Applicants are placed on a waiting list until assistance is available. Residents are eligible to participate in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program.
