Call; application and instructions will be mailed. After the application and required documentation are received and homeowner is found eligible, the home will be inspected and assessed. Applicants may be placed on waiting list.

Also provides heating and cooling system repair and replacement; and the repair or replacement of appliances, such as stoves, refrigerators, and water heaters. Must have existing system; does not include assistance if there is not a heating and cooling system already in place.
