Description

Serves as court-appointed guardian and/or conservator for people found to be indigent and incapacitated and in need of protection, when there is no one else willing and qualified. May also serve as personal representative to administer the estates of deceased persons. Also provides cremation or burial assistance for those found to be indigent (unable to pay).
