Provides emergency financial assistance for active duty and retired personnel, in all branches of the military and their widows. Accepts applications for travel funds when there is a death in the family, for initial rent deposit, general assistance for emergency medical or food needs, or repair to an essential transportation vehicle. Assistance may be a loan or a grant.
