Housing Related Coordinated Entry | Our Family Services Housing Program
Provides scattered-site rapid re-housing program for adults and families who are homeless. Participants must be able to obtain a source of income and meet with their case manager regularly. Services include education and job training assistance, and advocacy. Also provides housing assessments for people who are homeless. Based on the assessment, those who are the most in need are placed on the community-wide priority list. Local agencies use the list to get clients. Includes screening for additional services. Coordinated entry into housing site.
