Performs repairs to homes that are owned and occupied by people on low income. Services include the repair or replacement of water heaters, heating and cooling systems, roofing, septic systems, home accessibility, and plumbing and electrical repairs. Services are provided in the form of a grant or a forgivable loan. The forgivable loan will require a lien be placed on the home for a specified period of time
