Application process
Call or email to sign up for an orientation class which must be completed before an application for utility assistance can be filled out. Orientations are in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8:30am-10am. Applicants who are ages 60 and older do not have to attend orientation. Call Thursdays from 2pm-2:30pm to speak to a case manager for rental or mortgage assistance. You must reach a live person for instructions for receiving assistance. The messaging system will notify if funds have been exhausted for the month.
