Description

Provides primary health care. Services include well-women exams, well-baby checkups, childhood and adult immunizations, school and sports physicals, internal medicine, x-rays, limited lab tests, pharmacy, and referrals to necessary specialists. Provides behavioral health care, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Offers individual, group, and peer counseling. Provides general and preventative dental services, including exams, cleaning and treatment of disease for children and adults. Also provides outreach and space for WIC.
