Application process

Call or visit website to find locations for participating WIC farmers markets and for instructions on receiving coupon booklets; Residents of Gila, Maricopa and Pima county must link their eWIC to the EzWIC app on their mobile device and show at the farmers market stand. Residents of Cochise, Coconino, and Yavapai counties must obtain a WIC FMNP postcard from their WIC appointment to bring to the farmers market stand.

Provides WIC families with a $100 coupon booklet per family member once a year. Coupons are an extra benefit available on top of and separate from the regular WIC package. Coupons can be spent on fresh, Arizona-grown produce at approved farmers markets and farm stands.
