Administers investigations of misconduct allegations against members of the Phoenix Police Department, and receives community feedback regarding complaints, commendations, concerns and/or other comments about policing in Phoenix. Provides annual public reports about Office of Accountability and Transparency work and operations, facilitates mediation of community complaints and refers community complaints and/or commendations to the Phoenix Police Department for administrative investigation.
