Provides information, resources, and free vaccine appointments. Provides guidance on vaccine information, communicable disease control including Measles, Rabies, COVID-19, West Nile Virus, Valley Fever, vital records (birth and death certificates), immunization scheduling website, vaccination card replacement, access to free immunization programs and vaccination card replacement. Schedules appointments for Maricopa County residents at free clinics for immunizations and vaccinations. Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, COVID-19, Flu, RSV, MPOX-Jynneos, MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella), and TDap (Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertussis aka whooping cough) and others are available. STI, TB, and Refugee clinics are also available. Please call the CARES line.
