Administers correctional programs throughout Arizona including operations of all Arizona State Prison Complex (ASPC) facilities, parole, and other supervised release programs. Accepts applications for a Certificate of Absolute Discharge to those who have completed their state prison sentence or probation and have been discharged by the court, and want to have their judgment set aside.
