Issues and accepts all candidate, recall and initiative/referendum petitions. Issues and accepts all campaign finance forms. Establishes election precinct boundaries. Provides for the printing of all election related materials. Secures use of facilities for election day polling places. Recruits, hires, trains and compensates poll workers. Prepares, allocates and transports election materials to and from polling places; prepares and tests ballot tabulation equipment. Tabulates ballots. Provides election results.
