Application process

Call or email to sign up for an orientation class which must be completed before an application for utility assistance can be filled out. Orientations are in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8:30am-10am. Applicants who are ages 60 and older do not have to attend orientation.

Provides financial and case management services to individuals and families in need. Offers limited financial assistance for utility services that are one month past due. Assists with air conditioner repairs during the summer for those who cannot afford them. Provides personal finance education and offers Individual Development Accounts (IDA) with matched funds to pay for education at a Maricopa Community College. Operates a cooling and hydration center during heat relief season.
