Provides a shelter for women experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, and their children. Services include basic needs, crisis intervention, case management, and referrals to additional resources.
Locates and values all property within the county. Also maintains current property ownership records and property assessment maps. Exemptions are processed annually for widow/widowers, seniors, people who are 100% disabled, and qualifying organizations.

Provides a variety of housing services to tribal members. Services include mortgage payment assistance, down payment assistance, home purchase loan, home repair loan, and annual air conditioning servicing.

Provide supportive housing for people in recovery with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) diagnosis.
Educates new parents with app- and web-based text and video as well as in participating hospitals at the time of birth. Parents receive instruction and information on coping with crying and the dangers of shaking in an effort to reduce the incidence of shaken baby syndrome.
Provides substance use recovery for women in a family-inclusive environment. Offers a residential program and an intensive outpatient program. Customized treatment plans include therapy, relapse-prevention, and life skills and parenting classes.
